RETURN, EXCHANGE, and REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately City of Krafts does not accept Returns, Exchange and/or Refund as products are personalized and/or customize to our customers demands. However, if the product you purchase breaks within 2 weeks after the purchased date we are gladly to make a brand new one for you.

Please pick up your products at our location 4010 Lawrence Ave E in Scarborough, ON.

CURB SIDE PICK UP ONLY!

There is a $5.00 charge for deliveries only in Scarborough, ON.

Please inquire delivery fees if outside of Scarborough location.
